    GENERAL BOOK KEEPING & CASHIERING

OBJECTIVES:
This course is designed to enable clerical accounts staff and cashiers appreciate the need for proper and accurate accounts, and improve their knowledge of book-keeping and accounts. It is also aimed at easing the mobility of employees between the two positions.

TARGET:
Accounts clerks, cashiers and junior staff.


    ADVANCED ACCOUNTING COURSE 

OBJECTIVES:
This course is designed to equip supervisory accounts staff and senior clerks with the skills necessary to cope with the fundamental demands of their jobs.

TARGET:
Supervisors, Senior Clerks and other officers being prepared for the middle level grade.

 

    FINANCE AND RELATED MATTERS PROGRAMME (FARM)

OBJECTIVES:
Though almost all "consultancies" claim to run this interesting and popular programme, our style and orientation is unique. The course is basically designed to acquaint personnel with little or no accounting or finance backgrounds, with financial skills, procedures and techniques in order to enable them perform better on their jobs and prepare them for higher responsibilities.

It also aims to demystify the accounts/finance function by helping them gain a better understanding of the issues involved. Participants will at the end of the course be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of financial principles and how they relate to daily financial management decisions.

OBJECTIVES:

This course which has been designed with our external associates and is available in 3 modules. It is aimed at bringing middle level executives out of their narrow disciplines or departmental shells in order to develop the well rounded and "Total" managers ready to assume higher responsibilities.

It exposes participants to bits of relevant skills in departments other than their own and to the management of inter-departmental relationships.
